• Education - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related degree
• Experience – 8-10years of experience
• Pega PRPC v7.x
• Experience building PRPC based application
• Solid understanding of Pega Class Structures and Rulesets
• Pega Lead System Architect(LSA) or Senior System architect(CSSA) 
• Expert knowledge of the PRPC architecture, security model, and service interfaces
• Experience ensuring that systems are built for change, are reusable, and are maintainable
• Proven experience and superior understanding of Object Oriented technologies and concepts (Java / C# .Net)
• Experience with integration development (SOA, REST/SOAP web services, integration middleware)
