Location: Lake Forest IL

Job Description:
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• 6+ years of experience in the Tableau Development
• Strong Ms Excel based reporting experience with working knowledge on creating Excel Macros
• Advanced SQL coding skills
• Experienced with relational databases (Teradata) as backend
• Strong background with analyzing data.
• Extensive experience developing reports, dashboards
• Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Additional Skills (Added Plus)
• Teradata experience a plus but not required
• Knowledge of Financial reporting would be added plus
• Academic background on Finance would also be added plus
• Retail/Supply Chain domain knowledge would be added plus
Roles and responsibility
• Onshore person to have the ability for requirements gathering / understanding, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Work with the customer Business Analyst to capture requirement and convert them into functional & technical specs
• Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
• Create/Update reports, dynamic dashboards as per the requirements
• Explain complex design items through documents and white-board sessions
