Rate: $50/hr.
JD:-
1. Manage all enterprise Incidents and Problems through resolution by engaging L1 (NOC), L2, L3 (Engineering) support.
2. Coordinate the appropriate resources to resolve High impact / critical incidents in the environment. Uses expert knowledge to assist in drive High Impact Severity 1 system critical issues to resolution.
3. Minimize the adverse impact of incidents through problem management processes, identifying potential workarounds to restore business services quickly. Drive continued improvement in system availability through proactive problem identification and resolution.
4. Manage all Root Cause Analysis to ensure that all RCA action items resulting in resolution of incidents are tracked and completed within SLA. In addition also manage and coordinate post-mortem for high priority incidents with a focus on process improvement as well as technical resolution activities.
5. Manage all Severity1 Incident communications including communications to Senior IT and business leaders in writing
6. Provide executive level synopses of high profile technical outages including cause, business impact and required follow up activities.
7. Must be available via cell-phone for necessary off-hours coverage of incidents as part of on-call rotation schedule to ensure 7 by 24 operations.
8. Other duties as assigned.
