SharePoint Administrator

Staff Tech is looking for a mid level SharePoint Administrator to provide consultant services to our client, the NC Department of Transportation.

 

Scope of Work/Duties

This position will work with our client's Web Services team and will be involved with security and governance of the SharePoint 2013 Environment.

 

The position will perform general SharePoint maintenance, monitoring, and reporting as required to ensure the general integrity of the SharePoint environment. The position will support site migrations, system patching and other activities that may occur after regular business hours during maintenance windows. The candidate will participate in the configurations and maintenance of document libraries, enterprise lists, site collections and search optimization as required.

 

Technical Skills

• Required 3+ SharePoint 2013/2010 Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Prefer 5+ experience Windows Server 2012 R2 Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Windows PowerShell for automation of administrative tasks.
• Experience with SQL 2012, VMWare , NetApp, and Citrix NetScaler
• Visio & MS Office Skills for system documentation.
• SCOM experience a plus.

Communication Skills

• Self-motivated and self-driven is a must with the ability to work with limited supervision after hours.
• Strong documentation skills, both written and verbal
