Interview mode : Phone interview followed by face to face by two team members.
Job Description:
The Business Analyst role will be to understand and analyze the existing application and document the business processes by putting together a business work flow and getting consensus among different departments on the documented work flow.
They shall perform the below tasks:
Support strategic Customer initiatives in all aspects from planning through to execution of some key projects.
Analyze and problem solve issues with current and developing systems as they relate to the integration and management of source and destination systems.
Develop eliciting requirements by organizing them along with translating and simplifying them to the business and the developer community.
Understand the requirements management and communicate it clearly to the user base to reduce any ambiguity for future scope creep.
Ideally they need to have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with internal and external customers at all levels.
3 years of experience as Business Analyst along with some system testing.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Visio or Lucid charts and PowerPoint.
Able to work independently with a high degree of initiative.
A "can-do" attitude and the ability to grasp technical concepts.
SalesForce experience is desired
Take initiative to recommend process improvements
Experience with an Agile development methodology
