Location: MN

Duration: 15 month project 

Rate is probably in the 60/hr range ( Negotiable ). 

Key things:

·        Must have Excellent communication skills

·        Must have Liferay portal experience

·        Must have strong Java exp

·        Must have some cloud exp

·        You must read the rest of the skills below.

·        Send candidates as you find them. Don't wait to find due to the delay in interviewing.

·        Interviews with the client will not happen until the second week of December

·        Candidates MUST be able to start on Jan 4th

Location – Richfield, MN

Duration: 15 months to start. 

Rate is probably in the 60/hr range, but I will look at higher if necessary. Please let me know what you see and need. I will look at all reasonable candidates.

Out of state candidates are ok. Local never hurts either but not required.

Phone or skype interviews for out of state.

 

 

Project:

Funds Portal – Phase 2:  15 month project (January 16 – March 17). 

Project will have quarterly releases.  The goal of this phase will be to get to BAU (business as usual) status and supporting the application. 

Phase 1 was waterfall methodology for requirement gathering and an iterative approach to development. 

Looking for Agile experience in Phase 2.

Customer facing portal project – providing a consistent and friendly view to customers.  The portal will basically illustrate "How are we doing with managing the funds?"

Bringing the project from 100% outsourced/off shored to being on site and on shore.

Business line they interact with HEAVILY via phone is in NJ – Near perfect verbal communication is a MUST! 

 

 

3 Java dev contractors –

3 contractors needed for 15 months (duration).

 

Required Skills:

COMMUNICATION must be 9/10 – will be on the phones daily

Liferay Portal development exp

Java

Spring – using annotations

Hibernate

Junit Testing

TomCat

SOAP and .Net

Cloud

Agile experience

Websphere – they deploy to

 

Highly Desired:

Maven

 

Nexus – nice to have
