Role: Salesforce Tech Lead
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6+ Months
Responsibilities:
· Interact with the business to define requirements
· Ability to demonstrate to the business how their requirements can be implemented in Salesforce and what can be leveraged vs not leveraged, etc. Idea is to drive to as much out of the box or extensions as possible instead of customization. Only do customization where needed.
· Ability to do development or resolve salesforce issues when arise during the day.
· Manage the offshore team to ensure they have pipeline of work. This includes providing requirements as necessary, design approach as necessary, priority of work, etc.
· Report status of overall team to you
· Architecture/Design skills in salesforce
