Required Skills
- 6-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes (Classical and Agile) and Project Management principles
- Knowledge in the Finance or Financial Risk Management domain (Ex: Financial Accounting, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Capital Adequacy)
- Experience using Standard Requirements Management tool (ex: ALM)
- Experience coordinating and conducting workshops for requirements gathering
