Overview:
We're seeking a highly-motivated Project Manager/Automation & Performance Testing professional who has a demonstrable track record of being an effective and creative team member in a fast-paced, dynamic environment creating complex software applications, while being a strong contributor to the diverse range of projects.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on skill with Performance Testing with ability to influence client direction on performance testing
- Be able to wear any number of hats assigned to you inside the project team, but also know when to say no
- Being a leader in the project for performance and automation testing to lead the team on what needs to be done
- Ability to create your own work (limited direction at times)
- Ability to automate anything you do in order to increase your efficiency in the short sprints
- Knowledge of load and performance tests based on customer workflow scenarios using Load Runner
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Requirements Traceability knowledge/experience.
- Proficiency in standard suite of office productivity tools like Microsoft Office products, web browsers and file systems
- 8+ years of experience in project management and oversight
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Knowledge of Test Automation processes and tools
- Knowledge of Performance testing processing and tools
- Ability to estimate Automation and Performance testing change requests.
- Experience with client relationship interface evaluation, etc…)
- Understanding of common errors encountered during load and performance testing
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
