Job Description or Scope of Services:
Must have Telecom Exp
Need 12+ years experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
The role will be a lead role – includes PM function, management of the rest of team (local or offshore), technical architecture, design and development.
Ability to interface with the business to determine requirements.
Ability to work up and down the spectrum of functions and lead the team.
Agile based delivery methodology with multiple releases every month.
Skills:
• Expert knowledge of Java, J#
• Expert knowledge of JBOSS
• Familiar with Oracle database, queries, and schema creation
• Familiar with HTML, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Extensive experience in Agile methodology with 2-3 week sprints
• Thorough understanding and experience with onshore-offshore model and managing offshore staff
• Project management skills and leading team of 5-10 staff members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deal with complex systems and situations, to analytically identify cause and affect relationships, perform root cause analysis, and assist in logically developing action plans.
