Duration: 12 months contract
Job Summary:
12 Month contract for advanced-level IBM Cognos BI Developer / Administrator
Basic Qualifications:
· Cognos installation / configuration including 10.2.2
· Data modeling via Framework Manager in both multidimensional and relational environments
· Cognos authentication and authorization integration / configuration experience
· Performance management / monitoring and query tuning in Cognos
· Knowledge of Cognos BI tools including Report Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio and Business Insight
· Troubleshooting technical errors in Cognos, including content store schema itself
· Work product promotion procedures (Dev / test / prod) in Cognos
· Knowledge and experience with large, complex data sets, preferably in financial data
Desired Qualification:
· Experience with metric studio
· Hands-on experience in Oracle databases, including performance tuning, backup and recovery processes
