Tivoli Security Engineer

Auburn Hills, MI

Skills

·         Server Engineering – TFIM (Tivoli Federated Identity Manager)/ISAM (Indexed Sequential Access Method)

·         5 plus years’ experience in managing deployments of IBM Tivoli / Security Identity Manager and/or Access Manager products

·         5 plus Technical experience integrating identity management, access management and access governance software into clients' infrastructure and applications.

·         Identity Management familiarity in one or more of the following areas:

·         Single Sign On

·         Identity Federation

·         Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema, namespace and replication topology experience

·         Resource Provisioning

·         Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification

·         User Life Cycle Management Processes

·         Familiarity with IBM WebSphere

·         Experience with one or more directories such as IBM Directory Server

·         Experience with one or more databases such as IBM DB2 and MS SQL

·         Familiarity with federated identity and web services security concepts such as SAML, Liberty ID-FF and ID-WSF, WS-Federation, OpenID, OAuth and WS-Security

·         Experience managing projects through the full system development lifecycle

·         Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures and implementation plans.

·         Experience leading business requirements gathering and translating those into system requirements

·         Experience facilitating business process design as it relates to managing identities and access privileges.

·         Experience developing identity management governance plans

·         Understanding of current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security/audit.

·         Ability to follow, improve and create processes required for effective systems administration

·         Exceptional organizational, documentation, and communication skills

·         Working with Production support teams on application and upgrade issues

·         Ability to provide high-level technical assistance to application development teams

·         On-call support for 24x7 applications will be required
