Strong communication skills is a must. They are always looking for Self starting testing resources Must have scripting experience and digging into ways to be more efficient JRuby is a plus. If not then they have had some type for scripting experience. They will have to be able to write, design, and execute. If they have automation experience, this person will bring these things as well; development experience is a good plus.
