Job description:
TECHNOLOGY
-Need to be fundamentally sound with Oracle SQL.
-- Join tables, subqueries,
-Hardcore Java Professionals (Core Java and Advanced Java)
-If they have Core, Advanced & SQL, he will hire them right away.
JUNIOR Candidates:
-Core, SQL, and maybe not advanced java, but have aptitude.
-UI- Application will have fully blown UI. Candidates with JavaScript: Angular JS, Jquery, GWT (google web toolkit allows Java to translate to UI).
-SQL+Java (no UI) have worked in the past with GWT.
-AngularJS expert- show screens, demonstrate their expertise. AngularJS code AND build process.
SENIOR CANDIDATES
-SQL, Java, maybe not UI.
-Perfect world would have SQL, Advanced/Core and UI.
