Title: Integration Developer - Workday
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 12 Months
Sr. Integration Developer, HR Technology is responsible for building, enhancing, maintaining reports and integrations between HR management systems and other enterprise systems.
This hands-on technical role demands a candidate to have a strong analytical, data modeling and programming background. Preferred candidate will have experience designing and developing complex HR reports and integrations between HR management systems Workday and third party systems (Active Directory, Salesforce, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, etc.).
The successful candidate will ensure the HR data is perfectly synchronized among all enterprise applications through continuous improvement of integrations, support and crisp execution of roadmap projects.
Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, support and monitor HR reports and integrations
· Facilitate report and integration requirements gathering and process mapping workshops
· Author technical design documents, testing plans/scripts for reports and integrations
· Partner with IT, Finance, Facility to streamline and automate HR data delivery and
· synchronization among enterprise applications.
· Primary contact for supporting production HR reports, integrations and updates
· Assist with implementing standard operating procedures for HR reports and integrations
· Facilitate review sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives
· Leverage technical knowledge and expertise to drive improvements
Qualifications:
· 5+ years designing, building, testing, deploying, supporting integrations between core HRMS
· (Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, other) and third party systems
· 3+ years Workday reporting, EIB and Workday Studio integration experience required.
· Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, Javascript, Python
· Hands-on experience with report writing, data management/data manipulation
· Experience working with SaaS solutions and vendors (SFDC, Xactly, ADP)
· Experience with all phases of the systems development lifecycle
Must have exceptional communication skills, able to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users
