Position : SAP ME/MII - Lead Consultant
Location : Milwaukee, WI
Duration : 6+months WI. This position may require 20% travel
Qualifications
Basic
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of experience with Manufacturing Execution System, specifically implementation experience in SAP ME (SAP Manufacturing Execution) system stack
Must have hands on expertise in implementation of MES applications using SAP Manufacturing Execution modules such as System Configuration, POD, Genealogy,
Non-Conformance Management, Data Collection, Shop Floor Execution and SAP MEINT
Must be well versed with standard webservices provided by SAP ME, must have hands on experience of developing custom POD using SAP ME SDK
Preferred
At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
At least 5 years of experience in SAP Manufacturing Execution (SAP ME) and SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII) Skills
At least 5 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment. Must have worked on atleast one full cycle MES
implementation experience using SAP ME across any industry domain (Automotive, Aerospace or Discrete Manufacturing â€" Desirable)
Should have good functional knowledge of overall SAP ECC components and its integration with SAP ME using SAP MEINT, well versed with integration using iDocs
Experience in XML technologies â€" XSD, XSLT
Analytical and Communication skills
Project and talent management
Experience with project management
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
