Kronos experience is must.
· Oracle DBA hands on experience
· Installation and configuration of Oracle Database, Oracle APPs, OEMs
· Strong hands on experience managing the databases, performance tuning, providing production support etc
· Oracle APPS DBA hands experience ( RMS / EBS would be a plus)
· Good communication skills
· Good handle on backup – recovery process
· Understanding of Java based applications
· Application tuning - SQLs, PL/SQL, server parameters, property etc
· Exposure to Exadata is an advantage
· Hands on Unix experience
