Job Title : Java Developer
Location : Jersey City, NJ
Duration : 6+ Months
Job Description:–
Required Skills:
· Strong Core Java 1.7 with solid understanding of collections, generics, concurrency, JAXP, JAXB, and JAX-WS
· Must have used Apache Jena library in projects
· Reactive programming with Akka.io or some other similar framework
· Knowledge of Semantic technologies like RDF, OWL, SPARQL, Ontologies
· Must have developed RESTful services and deployed in production
· Good Software engineering skills – including design patterns, unit tests, profiling, debugging, working with Source Code Control Systems, Continuous Integration
· Comfortable working in Agile development teams
Desired Skills:
· Development with Scala – or some other functional language
· Worked with Semantic MediaWiki
· Metadata management in a large enterprise environment
· FIBO
· UML Modeling
· Worked with MagicDraw
