Role: Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst
Location: St. Luis, MO
Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities include:
· Collaborate with Technology Development team to enhance reporting and data access in support of the growing business strategy.
· Develop modify and maintain Spotfire reports and dashboards.
· Develop data access methods using the Cisco Composite platform and/or direct SQL querying
· Utilize Remedy and Teamtrack to submit and process development requests.
· Troubleshoot technical issues related to the use of Spotfire and resolve or escalate as appropriate.
· Collaborate with the US IT Data Management team to identify data discrepancies, issues, integration gaps and opportunities.
Qualifications & Required skills/experience:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
o Strong customer service focus with the ability to professionally manage communications with a wide range of end users.
· Superior analytical skills, be able to think through and research complex problems
· Manage multiple assignments simultaneously
· Ability to work independently in a changing business environment
· Results oriented and able to drive issue resolution
· Tibco Spotfire development experience
· Cisco Composite development experience
· Strong SQL skills
Desirable skills/experience:
· Oracle and Teradata SQL experience
· Business Objects development experience
