- Experience in providing end to end business intelligence solution by dimensional modeling design, developing and configuring OBIEE Repository (RPD),Interactive Dashboards, OBIEE Answers, Security implementation, Analytics, Metadata objects, Web Catalog Objects(Dashboards, Pages, Folders, Reports)
- Strong knowledge and good experience in Syncsort DMExpress ETL Tool.
- Good knowledge and experience in Informatica Development & Administration.
· Extensive experience in developing database objects such as Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, Cursor, Ref Cursors, Constraints, Indexes and Data Structures like Graphs, Trees, Views, In-line Views, Materialized Views, Synonyms, PL/SQL tables, Database Links, Export/Import Utilities and user-defined data types.
· Extensively worked on Data Mining, Data Modeling, Normalization and De-normalization of data in various applications.
- Defining Dimension Hierarchies in the Logical layer and also Experience in creation of new logical columns, level based measures in Business model.
· Experienced in optimization of SQL query and PLSQL code using Analyze, Explain Plan, Cross database queries, TKPROF, DBMS_STATS and DBMS_TRACE and Extract Transform and Load data into target database.
· Expert in using the data query tools for Oracle like TOAD, SQL Developer, FTP, SQL*Loader etc.
· Excellent in writing technical and functional specification documents.
· Effectively used version control software's such as SVN, PVCS and WinCVS.
· Worked with Oracle Database Administrator for Performance Tuning, Storage management and maintenance (Table space, Data file, table, indexes etc.), Database security (User & Resources, User Privileges & Roles).
· Extensive experience in using database packages such as DBMS_SQL, UTL_FILE, DMBS_OUTPUT, and DBMS_JOB.
· Expertise in customization of Oracle Applications by creating/editing Flex fields values, lookup values, registering Forms, Reports, PL/SQL procedures, host programs, etc.
· Efficiently used Oracle's Meta link for registering Service Requests to resolve known bugs.
· Hands on experience in the entire software project life cycle, including project planning/scheduling, configuration management, and requirement analysis.
· Achievements include Award of Appreciation for efficient work on several projects. Very strong knowledge of Data warehousing and data mining.
· Worked on RPD Changes like creating new subject areas, adding measures, creating alias tables using Administration tool.
- Created Dashboards, involved in admin activities like creating users, groups and assigning privileges to users to access reports Using OBIEE tool.
· Configured Reports Using OBIEE tool and involved in testing of reports
- Good Knowledge on Banking and Health Care Domains.
