Required Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in quality assurance,   
• A college degree in Business or Computer Science,   
• At least 3 years of experience working with HR systems,   
• Hands-on experience on Workday modules HCM/Payroll,   
• Experience in at least 4 Workday areas such as Absence management, Compensation, Talent management, Performance, Reports, calculated fields, Workday Studio integration & Dashboard creation,   
  
• Experience using, testing, and integration of SFDC and Oracle ERP/EBS,   
• Working knowledge of SDLC and experience in Test Execution including manual end-to-end regression testing and evaluation of test results,
