KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
· Work closely with testers to understand requirements and needs of testers and develop tool accordingly
· Review requirements and make necessary code and script changes to Disclosure's tool.
· Perform unit testing to verify and validate tool and code works as expected
· Write efficient complex queries against large tables, using Oracle specific techniques to tune the queries
· Create necessary documentation as needed.
· Analyze and identify the points of enhancements and improvements in the existing framework and processes.
· Report status on a regular basis at project meetings.
· Identify project related risks/issues and report them back to project team
Required Skills:
· Developer would be someone with at least five years of software application & database development experience
· Detail oriented, have a strong problem solving and communications skills
· Strong experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming and tuning, developing packages, stored procedures, & functions
· Oracle 10 or higher, PL/SQL, Toad
· J2EE 5 or higher, Eclipse IDE, Spring framework, XML
· Linux, shell scripting
· Eclipse IDE
