Role :- Business Analyst
Location:- Petersburg FL
Duration:- 6 Months

Description
The desired candidate should be a mid to senior level analyst, 5 – 7 years, with experience in the brokerage industry.
The candidate should be versed in financial terminology. This position will gather requirements for SOA service (Enterprise Services), some technical background on services and basics on SOA concept is important.
Understanding of the full SDLC, experience with an Agile methodology required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools to include but not limited to: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Visio. Team Foundation Server (TFS) experience desired.
Daily functions will include:
· Creates detailed business requirements for functional (e.g., business processes, rules) and non-functional (e.g., data, security) capabilities.
· Gathers and interprets information from multiple sources (including databases, interviews, etc.) and make recommendations.
· Coordinates and manages documentation for multiple streams of content and business requirement areas.
· Performs analysis to detail functional specs which are consumed by developers.
· Translates technical concepts to business audience and business information to a technical audience.
· Participates in developing estimates and implementation plans for technical solutions.
· Validates test cases to ensure that scripts will evaluate the business function being performed.
· Participate in Unit testing of the services for verification of deliverables.
· Understands and apply principles in risk management, issue tracking and change management
