Lead Business Analyst – Order Management Systems (Retail) in Charlotte, NC. The selected candidate will have managed 2-3 BA's and have outstanding OMS experience in Retail Industry. Travel to NYC from Charlotte is required. Contract role. Open to C2C candidates.
Duties:
- Understanding of general change management concepts (Governance, Organization Impact Assessments, Communication plans etc)
- Ability to co-ordinate and get inputs from multiple stakeholders to get presentations together
- Ability to support the team and understandng of PM processes to be able to support the PM
- Coordinate and execute business requirement definition through stakeholder interviews and working sessions
- Coordinate and assist in facilitating requirements prioritization and roadmap sessions
- Coordinate and execute customer/vendor analysis
- Coordinate and execute secondary research, data collection and market/competitor analysis
- Develop and present solutions and recommendations
- Perform analysis and assist in business case development, applying new conceptual frameworks and analytic
