Skills : Senior Business Analyst with Agile/ Scrum, Six Sigma or Lean and Business Process Modeling Experience

| 8 | Experience performing end-user interviews, leading requirements gathering sessions, and User Acceptance Testing. |
| 8 | Must have exceptional soft skills, including the ability to speak to both technical and business concerns |
| 8 | Experience multitasking, managing priorities and mentoring/directing others. |
| 8 | Experience with relational databases and queries. |
| 8 | Combined technical and functional business experience. |
| 8 | Experience writing System Requirements Specifications |
| 8 | Experience writing Business Cases |

| 8 | Recent Business Analysis or System Analysis work with software/web development experience in an Agile/Scrum environment |

| 6 | Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, Master's degree is a plus |
| 5 | Ideal candidates have Six Sigma or Lean experience |

| 5 | Experience leading live and virtual JAD workshops |
| 5 | Conducted BPM optimization |
| 5 | Solid Business Analysis experience |
