Job Description:
 Essential Skills and Experience

 

·         Extensive hands-on design and technical implementation expertise and leadership on migration from LogRythm to  QRadar and SIEM solutions throughout all phases of a project

·         Solution architecture

·         QRadar configuration

·         Log source integration

·         Use Case implementation and optimization

·         Correlation optimization

·         Reporting and dashboard configuration

·         Able to clearly express ideas and convince clients to make decisions and move forward

·         Configuraion and tuning of LogRhythm environment (Environment stability, rules, policy tuning and enabling reports etc)

·         Prepare relevant steady state support documents and run books as applicable

·         Perform migration and transfer of target system and components reporting from Logrhythm to Qradar (Ongoing migration)

·         Test and Verification of events flow from/to target systems and components in LogRhythm and Qradar

·         Advanced networking Knowledge

·         Technical documentation creation and maintenance in English

·         Candidate must be able to communicate at all hierarchal levels in English and with internal and external resources confidently and demonstrate professionalism.

·         Develop plan for migrating security monitoring function from LogRhythm to IBM QRadar SIEM

·         Configure and fine tune Correlation rules, reports and dashboards on QRadar

·         Perform Rules Management on IBM QRadar SIEM and LogRhythm including –

·         Creation of new rules, reports, dashboards

·         Customization and tuning of the existing rules

·         Analyse false positive and provide suggestions to modify/update/fine-tune the correlation rules
