Technical Recruiters Openings For US IT Recruiter's..!!


Hi,

 

Midasis Technologies LLC is a Delaware, USA Information Technology (IT) services and solutions provider providing IT consulting and Strategic staffing solutions to US based clients and organizations.

 

We are, seeking for IT Recruiter's having 6 Months - 2+ Years experience in US Staffing Company.

Please Note** - This is NOT a Bench Sales position


Timings: US Shifts (EST Timing).
Salary: Best In the Industry

Desired profile:

1) Candidates with 6 Months to 2 years of experience in US IT Staffing and Consulting industry, USA with Proven successful record.

2) Experience in Developing Prime Vendor & Direct Client relationships, Marketing and Recruitment Life Cycle.
3) Experience working with OPT, CPT, C2C, W2, 1099, EAD, GC and Citizens

4) Having adeptness in using various job Portals such as - Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, and Hot Jobs.

5) Must have Good Network & Contacts in US IT Staffing Market.
6) Key account generation and management that results in business revenue opportunities.

7) Manage all aspects of a client relationship, pre-sale post *sale technical assistance like cold calling, completion of RFP's to closing the sales.

8) Develop relationships with hiring / business managers of clients and consultants.

9) Analyze requirements from clients, assign and have a close follow through with hiring teams to ensure delivery meets client's requirements.

10) Generate new business for the company and meet monthly, quarterly or annual sales targets.

11) Able to prepare reports on bench on a daily basis and work closely with the consultants and coordination with the Management, abide by company norms.
12) Must be hard working, aggressive, possess excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and negotiation skills,

13) Should be a Team player, dynamic & result oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple client relationships and engagements.
