Direct Client Requirement
.Net Developer with C#, ASP.Net, HTML5/CSS3, SQL Server and Scrum/Agile experience
Mandatory Experience and Qualifications:
Candidate completing the work must have five years programming experience with ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework.
Candidate completing the work must have two years experience with HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery.
Candidate completing the work must have two years experience with MS SQL Server 2012 Enterprise Edition including stored procedures.
Experience working with users and other technical staff in an iterative design and build project environment using Scrum and agile project management techniques.
Ability to work directly with other team members in a strong team oriented environment.
Highly Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Experience developing environmental or scientific information systems.
Development of self-service reporting applications allowing users to perform ad hoc queries to download database information into Excel.
Work History/Experience
Describe in 3 pages or less similar project work the proposed staff has completed:
Identify the customer(s) you have provide similar work as describe herein in the past 5 years, include contact information (name, telephone, and email).
Include the project goals and outcomes achieved for the customer(s), and specifically describe how the customer benefited from your work as result of engagement with Bidder's proposed staff.
Identify any experience in working with federal, state, or local governments, may include previous experience (as contractor or employee in the government sector) of the Bidder's staff assigned to the project.
Qualification Requirements
Address all Mandatory and Highly desirable qualifications as set forth above and how the combination of proposed staff fulfills these qualifications.
