Role: Resident Test Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

Serve as Technical Single Point of Contact (TSPOC) for OEMs

In coordination with Program Management team, develop and respond to all Change Request actions initiated as part of the production program.

Proactively develop with QA test methods and acceptance criteria for new features

Coordinate testing between Client Telematics' backend and new models under development, including reserving time between OEM Test Cars and Client telematics QA.

Participate directly in all OEM-executed tests, representing our company at all major test events, including OEM test drives.

Testing methods will include bench level component and system testing, field testing, and vehicle-specific tests.

Develop and maintain a reference Test and Validation Best Practices document for new features and new vehicle model lines

Troubleshoot emerging issues at component, system, and vehicle levels

Report status of technical field issues at joint monthly operation reviews.

Automotive experience is added an advantage

Good experience in Electronic Product Development or System Engineering preferably in embedded product development for RF receivers/transceivers, embedded circuits & 

systems, Bluetooth, WiFi, RF, or antennas etc.,

Working-level knowledge of modern communication systems like Cellular, Bluetooth, WiFi, or Infotainment system.

Hands on experience of telecom (must)
