Job Title : ODM Sr Developer/ Tech lead
Work Location : Frisco, Dallas - TX
Java/J2EE concepts including webservices
Experience Required:
· Mandatory – Extensive Decision management project experience with all elements of software engineering ranging from analysis and design to implementation and testing.
· Should be an expert in rule flow, BOM and XOM creation activity, should have hands on experience on execution phase and deployment of rule decision service
· Excellent communication and coordination skills.
· Experience in offshore-onsite mode of working
· Strong understanding and real time experience with creating ODM projects
· Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve bugs and issues with little or no direction
Roles & Responsibilities :
· Responsible for onsite coordination and development and management of ODM projects
· Coordinate with offshore technical team members for issue resolution and application enhancements
· Have to use prior development and systems integration experience to create a tested maintainable and scalable solution
· Involvement in client discussions on status updates, Sprint Planning Meeting, Bug Triage
· Functional requirement gathering for planned user stories or enhancements and perform GAP analysis.
· Key involvement in estimation of User stories or enhancements
· Key involvement in component design and implementation
· Involvement in System integration and User Acceptance phases
· Evaluate and implement new initiatives on process improvement and technology initiatives.
Generic Managerial Skills : Good Team player, Excellent Analytical Skills, Ability to work under pressure, Good communication skills, Does continual learning.
Education : Bachelor of Engineering or MBA/MCA
