Duties and Accountabilities
· Experience in installing and configuring MS Dynamics CRM
· Experience in managing the MS Dynamics environments both Online and on Premise
· Monitor and run reports related to usage and performance aspects of the servers
· Make sure the front end of the system is hand in hand with the business needs
· Conduct routine system maintenance and observe the system alerts
· Manage the day to day usage of the MS Dynamics CRM System
· Provide technical support to development teams and troubleshoot for technical issues and bugs
· Experience in deploying the plug-ins
· Perform System adjustments
· Prioritize tasks and interact well within a team environment
· Experience in communicating with various groups to meeting their requirements
· Solve problems quickly and follow protocols and resolution procedures
· Documenting current and future configuration processes, landscape and policies
· Assist in debugging issues with hosting applications, cloud resources and
· Participate in on-call & production support
· Experience in applying necessary patches
· Experience in installing and managing 3rd party plug-ins, application, APIs on MS Dynamics CRM
· Very good knowledge in security aspects
