Ability to manage project with planning and monitoring  Java, J2EE, Web Services, Oracle, WAS ( Web Application Sphere ), JBoss, XML, XSL, Experience in Web Applications
 Good communication skills

·         Interacting with various stake holders. Experience in managing project in onsite and offshore model
