Experience on SAP HANA and MaxDB
Experience Required SAP Basis with performance analysis on HANA and MAXDB
Roles & Responsibilities - Handle day to day operations with respect to Escalation handling for C4C customers
- Do proactive performance analysis for all the systems on BYD landscape on regular basis and come up with proposal for improvements
- Front runner for any down time and ensure minimize down time
- Take end to end ownership for escalations
- Co-ordinate with offshore team
