Duties & Responsibilities
Project Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Communicate and report effectively on project status to the client as well as internally
Rack, stack, cable, setup, install, upgrade, configure Cisco UCCX and CUCM systems in including hardware, software, and related items
Create requisite documentation for project scope including all physical, logical, and other diagrams
Works closely with IT Infrastructure groups on implementing said designs for Cisco CUCM and UCCX
Experience in administration and support call center solutions within large, highly complex organizations.
Knowledge of Call Center supporting applications such as ticketing system, workforce management and knowledge management is highly desirable including Nortel Symposium
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Great team player skills and willingness to share knowledge
The ideal candidate must have:
Must have experience with Unified Contact Center Express, ICM scripting, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection Intermediate
- Expert knowledge of Cisco IP telephone and UCCX Call Center technologies and solutions Intermediate
- Expert experience in administration of Cisco Unified Call Center Managers, UNITY Connection voicemail system, H323, MGCP and SIP voice gateways and analog gateways for Modem and faxing at the edge.
Knowledge of basic LAN and WAN administration on Cisco gateways and switches and TCP/IP. Knowledge of in Call Detail Recording (CDR) reporting and associated tools.
Knowledge in administration of basic all handlers and attendant console Knowledge of IVR, self-service or speech recognition systems
Knowledge of scripting and call control
Education: The ideal candidate should have: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in IT or certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCVP, MCSA, MCDST, A+, Network+, Server+, Security+ Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 70+ lbs with assistance, and up to 15 lbs without assistance Must be able to climb stairs regularly Must be able to cable equipment in tight spaces and on hands and knees (i.e. under/behind desks) Must be able to work in tight spaces and datacenter environment Position operates in a temperature controlled office environment
