At least Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of industry experience
Full knowledge of software engineering life cycle
Experience in managing development teams working on Data stage, ETL, Data Quality
Highly motivated, a team player and a self-starter.
Can work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Be Accountable by taking ownership of customer issues and responsibility for one's actions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are must.
Experience in Onsite / offshore model
Desired:
Insurance experience a plus "
