SD OTC skills and experience of integrating SDFC/ CRM such as Veeva or Siebel with SAP. The activities to be performed by the resource are listed below.
- SAP sales, distribution, OTC analysis, proof of concept, functional design, configuration, documentation as per Client SOP to enable integration between NA SAP system(RP1) and SFDC/Veeva platform
- Work with Client Project team in SAP, Sales Force and Veeva Integration activities
- Work with business to identify and document possible scenarios
- Work with integration architect and lead to develop connections to integration layer
- Validate the business requirements against the system
- Performing informal unit testing to identify gaps or issues
- Identifying and performing any changes that are needed in configuration
- Identifying and developing any technical changes needed
- Performing and documenting formal unit testing
- Documentation process for any changes – CRQ/configuration apecification /functional apecification form etc.
- Work with business on integration testing
- Document the custom objects developed
- Cutover activity
- Knowledge transfer to Client team
