Responsibilities
Develops, publishes and implements test plans,
Writes and maintains test automation,
Develops quality assurance standards,
Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts
Defines, documents, analyzes, performs and interprets tests for products, systems, components, or modifications,
Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions,
Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports
Qualifications
Expertise in IT Systems Project Management, Systems Development Methodology
Expertise in integrating and adapting to fast paced project and changes
Experience in public sector IT projects
Experience in leading a team or project management discipline
Experience with Medicaid Business and Systems preferred
