o that worked as primarily as a front-end developer
o HTML, CSS, Javascript developer who have had extensive experience working with back-end developer. The backend language does not need to be Java, it can be PHP, Ruby, .net, python, etc.
o Must know and have experience to hand code native Javascript
o Must have experience working with javascript libraries including jQuery and/or Dojo, YUI, etc.
o A candidate need to provide online portfolio or sample of his/her work
