Duration: 12+months
Requirements:
BS Degree or higher in technical, business, or related field
7+ years of experience in IT
Knowledge of major database vendor technologies specifically Oracle and IBM Netezza
Expert level in physical and logical data modeling, database systems integration.
Proven experience in Oracle Business Intelligence OBIEE (Administration, Functional and report design). Knowledge of other BI platforms like SAP Business Objects is a big plus.
Expert level in following languages: SQL, PLSQL, Unix/linix shell scripting
Application knowledge of the following industries: Finance and Trading Systems
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Strong oral, presentation, and written communication skills
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Production support experience.
Additional Skills:
ETL Tools like AB Initio, Informatica, others
Hadoop
MS SQL Server
Perl, Java
Tidal Enterprise Scheduler
Basic understanding of java and Web-enabled data systems
