Role: ServiceNow Developer

Location: San Jose, CA / Dallas, TX / NYC, NY

Duration: 6-12+ Months

Type: Contract

 

• Need a ServiceNow developer with CMS skills to work on designing a portal.   
• Person need 3+ years' experience administering and programming ServiceNow in a large enterprise environment (ServiceNow customization, ServiceNow CMS).
• Will assist in the definition of business requirements, determine scope, estimate work effort and determine duration of development activities

DUTIES:

• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and validate business requirements for new functionality or enhancements.
• Document design specifications, configuration, and testing plans; share/validate them with IT and business users for review and sign-off; and ensure completion of same
• Integrate new technologies with existing systems
• Analyze systems and data for potential issues.
• Recommends corrections in complex technical applications and analysis to enhance performance. 
• Provides support of ITSM tools; including scripting, configuration, integrations and administration

 

 Role: Workday Integration Developer

Location: San Jose, CA / Dallas, TX / NYC, NY

Duration: 6-12 Months

Type : Contract

 

Job Description: 

·         Work with various groups and third-party vendors to gather business requirements, analyze, and provide conceptual and detail design to meet business needs.

·         Create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs and document the detailed functional design

·         Perform necessary Workday integration development according to specifications.

·         Define test scenarios, conduct unit testing, and document evidence of testing.

·         Respond to open incidents related to the Workday integrations.

·         Provide subject matter expertise regarding Workday integration technology - responsible for understanding new functionality and assisting business stakeholders in using Workday effectively and efficiently.
