Overview
Overall application migration expertise, migrating applications from Windows Server 2003. Must have knowledge across the assessment, planning, and migration of applications from Windows Server 2003 OS to newer. (2012 and 2008)

Overall application migration expertise, migrating applications from Windows Server 2003. Must have knowledge across the assessment, planning, and migration of applications from Windows Server 2003 OS to newer. (2012 and 2008)
Requirements
- Deep experience with Windows Server technologies. Experience with Windows 2003, 2008 and 2012
- Experience leading Application migrations assessments, Developing Migration plans and leading the application migrations from Windows 2003 to 2012. Some applications may require migration to 2008 from a performance perspective.
- Experience with Microsoft MAP and AppZero, or similar application migration tools.
- Experience migrating Web Servers/websites, Database servers/databases and application servers/applications.
- Demonstrated strong project planning, delivery, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Prior system integrator or merge & acquisition experience
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Demonstrated desire and ability to learn new Microsoft technologies
- Certifications preferred
