Technical Recruiters Immediate interview(Today/Monday)

Hello Folks,

 

Need BA candidates with QA experience.


Client: BBVA

Location: Birmingham, AL (100% onsite)

Length: 6 month Rolling (Long-term open-ended)

Rate: $40/Hr. MAX

Interview Process: Would hire off of Phone/Skype (WE HAVE SET INTERVIEW TIMES)

 

Must-Haves:

·         Looking for a technical BA/QA (Will be a business analyst but will be testing what they write)

·         Has to be able to write SQL Queries

·         Has to have heavy Oracle experience and a solid data warehousing background

·         Has to have FLAWLESS 10/10 communication (Will be speaking with the lines of business)

·         **Banking background is a PLUS but not a Must-Have

 

This position will be responsible for facilitating ongoing enhancements for the CAMD application.

Position responsibilities and capabilities include:
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis. 
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. 
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document) and Interface designs) 
• Utilize your experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required. 
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously 
• Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers 
• Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans 
• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. 
• Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow. 
• Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language. 
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

Required Knowledge/Skills (Excellent organization skills, etc.) and IT Skills (ex. Programming skills with Java, Cobol, etc.)

The ideal candidate will have significant process and procedure development, technical writing and project management experience. Analyst, Self-starter, good verbal and written communication skills, Query/SQL (Oracle), Excel.   Candidate should have banking or financial experience with knowledge of deposits, loans, or general ledger transaction systems beneficial. Experience in IT project based environment.  
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exhibits the ability work within a team environment with a track record of achieving challenging objectives. 
- Requires strong communication skills and the ability to understand and simplify complex material. 
- Ability to quickly recognize solutions to arising issues 
- Drive to meet  and develop metrics that ensure that SLAs are met 
- Performance-based enterprise and strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously
