Job Description:
v Should work in Night Shift (Indian time) to support the US Timings (EST).
v Must have 3+ years of experience as US IT RECRUITER (Bench Sales).
v Expertise in all stages of Recruitment life cycle. Starting from sourcing CV, screening, negotiating rates, coordinating with clients, follow up till offer and joining of the candidate.
v Must have a Huge database of the vendors and the Prime Vendors and Should have strong relations with the Prime vendors
v Good experience in Searching the requirements in the Job Portals
v Must have experience in successfully filling positions in leading technologies such as ETL, SAP BODS, SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL, Salesforce, Teradata, SAP, Oracle, Java, .NET, QA etc.
v Understand requirement specification, find and screen candidates, setup interviews etc.
v Strong experience in placing and Handling the OPT/CPT/H1B/GC's and US Citizens.
v Manage relationships with recruitment vendors.
v Must be familiar with US tax terms (Corp-to-Corp, 1099, W-2 etc)
v Must have very good communications and listening skills.
v Ability to work independently and also in a team environment.
v Should be able to meet targets and deadlines
v Must have basic knowledge of Windows 95/98/2000/XP, Outlook and be proficient using spreadsheets and word processing programs (preferably, Microsoft Word and Excel).
