We have an urgent requirement for Sr.PeopleSoft HR Consultant in Smithfield, RI.

This position will Support the review of HR Systems (PeopleSoft) for business unit disposal project, which began in June.
The project is to prepare for the upcoming IPO and will asses HR applications that are being used which are provided by group (RBS) and determine the best way for CFG to get their own tools set in place for their needs.
The key focus for the role is to provide overall project management of thevarious HR sub projects within the overall IPO Program.
In addition to the Project Management responsibilities there will be an expectation the candidate can perform fit/gap analysis against current platforms and business process to target operating model.
Assess current data and interfaces for impact based on target model.
Build requirements documents, work with team to create solution design, participate and lead testing efforts and assist with change management activities.
PeopleSoft experience preferred HR background preferred- HR business Analystwith People Soft.
9.0 PeopleSoft exp is preferred.
Must have intermediate Microsoft Project and Visio exp
Top 3 technical skills- Business Analysis exp (4-5 years min)
Project Management Application development Contractor will be expected to sit in Smithfield, RI 100% of the time.
