Experience with State Government, Medicaid, CHIP and DHR,business area or healthcare industry highly preferred.

Required Skills:

• Experience with State Government, Medicaid, CHIP and DHR,business area or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Ability to organize and lead project related meetings with,customer, development staff, and sponsor level staff.
• Proficiency with MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook,,PowerPoint, Access).
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Team Foundation Server,(TFS).
• Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
• Experience working with test plans and test cases.
• Ability to work with end users/customers to understand and,develop requirements,Experience with Program Status Reporting.
• Experience with Program Quality Management.
• Experience with Program Budget Management,
• Experience with Program Resource/Staffing Management.
• Extensive experience with Program Change Management.
• Extensive experience with Program Issue Management.
• Needs to be able to work independently and not rely on State,or other team members for direction.
• Experience with Extensive Knowledge of IT project,management; specific experience and knowledge of the,following:
• Working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development,Life Cycle.
• Ability to develop and negotiate win/win solutions to project,Issues.
• Process knowledge and experience leading Agile software,Projects.
• Experience with system requirements and their,constraints/dependencies.
• Ability to break down prioritized deliverables into individual,Iterations.
• Experience working in Information Technology in State,Government is a plus.
• Experience working in/for the US Federal Government is a plus.
• experience with a state or federal healthcare agency is a plus .
• experience working in Information Technology for a,healthcare insurance company or hospital.
