Role: Linux Administration with Environment Management in OR
Location: Beaverton, OR

Job Description
Expert in Linux Administration
Good hands on experience in looking at Server, network configurations and advise on Capacity
Analyze memory, SWAP utilization and network contentions and advise Project teams
Work as an architect for environment management team.
Maintain test, Pre-Prod environments including Staging and Performance environments
Deployment of code database changes and web contents to these environments
Closely work with release management and coordinate project releases to ensure only approve entities get deployed to these environments
Triaging with tech teams and troubleshooting application issues could range from simple to complex issues in the enterprise
Document and maintain a knowledge repository of issues in order to independently troubleshoot them without support from the Tech teams wherever possible
Experience in Linux/ UNIX based systems along with shell scripting skills preferably bash and command line experience Experience in any of the RDBMS preferably Oracle
Experience in any of the web debugging proxy tools like HTTP Watch HTTP Fox or Fire Bug
Conceptual knowledge of subversion
Nice to have
Experience in JBoss application server Perl XML JIRA
