Keys to the Position:
1. 10+ years as a Systems Analyst or Developer that became a systems analyst
2. At least 5 years working in a Lead Analyst capacity
3. Exposure to sharepoint, drupal, BI, client reporting, cloud-based software -Needs to demonstrate experience in one or more of these.
4. The resource needs to have a strong background in SQL - ability to write queries and to understand database structures is a must
5. Must have experience taking projects thru the entire SDLC. Agile experience is a +
6. Financial Services experience is a +
7. This Lead Systems Analyst needs to be autonomous as they will be working on 3 different projects related to the Web
8. Ability to understand and document requirements that are required cross multiple functions/IT tracks
Requirements:
They need to have strong analyst skills
- Exposure to sharepoint, drupal, BI, client reporting, cloud-based software is a huge plus
- Technically orientated but able to work directly with business
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
- Experience with Agile development
- Ability to understand and document requirements that are required cross multiple functions/IT tracks
Job Requirements: Description:
Lead Systems Analyst to work on the following 3 initiatives:
1st Project - Implementing a website with the Drupal team that has integration points with sharepoint and our Amazon Cloud.
2nd project requires the creation of business requirements and coordination across different applications to roll out the business enhancements to support Swing Pricing
3rd project - On the client reporting front, enhancements are required for the factsheet data models. SQL skills are required and they will be managing a shared resource (at 20-50%) to help document requirements, test, and implement data model changes for extracts sent to external parties
