Job Description
Essential:
7-10 Years of experience in Healthcare as a BA
Familiarity with technical aspects of systems implementations
Desirable:
Previous experience in technology services/solutions
Knowledge of Asset Finance / Leasing product
Essential Skills Required:
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
Ability to assess client needs
Ability to take a business issue and investigate to understand system root cause
Capable of identifying functionality gaps
Ability to critically review functional specifications
Key Responsibilities:
Assessing client's requirements and identify gaps in functionality
Overseeing and providing recommendations for data take-on, conversion and reconciliation
Ensuring that the solution process satisfies the entire contract lifecycle. This will include all aspects of the clients business from origination through to contract management accounting, collection, asset management, termination
Liaison with development/Testing team that may include specification, fact finding or answering of specific questions in order to satisfy market or client requirements
Professional communication with all levels of the organization
