Position Summary
Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with COGNOS software and enterprise business reporting solutions development experience.. Experience facilitating the business community and technology specialists in an enterprise application solutions environment throughout the entire software development life cycle.
Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with COGNOS software and enterprise business reporting solutions development experience.. Experience facilitating the business community and technology specialists in an enterprise application solutions environment throughout the entire software development life cycle.
Responsibilities
• Elicit and manage business requirements and develop functional specifications
• Develop reports and dashboards and reports utilizing COGNOS 10 BI Suite (Report Studio, Active Report, etc.)
• Identify data set requirements for self service applications of reports and dashboards
• Conduct data mapping
• Work closely with the Project Manager and internal stakeholders to see through the conversion.

Qualifications
• 5+ years business analyst experience
• Cognos experience
• Experience in data modeling and data warehouses
• SQL Programming expertise a plus
• Experience in gathering and managing business requirements from users and creating functional specifications
