Technical Recruiters Urgent Requirement of Oracle DBA

Hi,

Position  : Oracle DBA
Location : Parsippany, NJ
Duration : 6 months


Following is the JD job description
 
Proficient in ORACLE DBA activities such as Database Creation, Database Maintenance, Database Backup and Recovery, Database Tuning, Application Tuning, Security, Migration.
Applying Oracle security patches.
Involved in regular data monitoring, data backup/recovery processes.
Very good knowledge of Oracle RAC,ASM
Duties involve regular maintenance, monitoring, performance analysis, trouble shooting, problem resolution, and user assistance, user testing.
Good knowledge of Partitioning
 
1. Database (10g, 11g and 12C) Installation and Configuration.
2. RAC Installation, Configuration and Administration (Grid Infrastructure).
3. ASM Configuration and Administration.
4. RMAN Backup and Recovery Experience.
5. Cold Backup and Hot Backup.
6. RAC / Non RAC database Clone Experience.
7. PL/SQL Tuning Experience.
8. Shell scripting.
9. Administering Database using Enterprise manager.
10. Enterprise Manager template configuration for monitoring.
11. Storage knowledge.
12. Database maintenance and clean up experience.
13. Applying all required database patches.
14. Day to day activities like tablespace, schema, users, roles and other database object creation.
15. Compiling Invalid objects and running Gather stats for required schemas.
16. Develop data models and perform planning of architecture, functions, modules, recovery, standards and implementation
17. Experience in administering Oracle e-Business Suite RAC databases with ASM.
18. Analyzes and determines information needs and elements, data relationships and attributes, data flow and storage requirements, and data output and reporting capabilities
19. Research and evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions for business issues
20. Create scripts to monitor databases using shell scripts or Enterprise manager.
21. Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies
22. Participates in continuous improvement efforts in enhancing performance and providing increased functionality.
23. Creating ticket with Oracle and fixing issues.
24. Good Communication skills.
